rooms simple but clean with all needed comfort.
The entrance + hall look older and less clean. The rooms are clearly modernized in a good way.
For a 3*hotel it was really nice. Bathroom great. Easy to locate from Gare du Nord.
pleasant,clean ,good location
one small lift, steep stairs, hallways and carpets tired looking
It was really well located and fit the purpose of staying a night to connect to another train trip. The staff was really helpful!
The area is not the best in Paris but is very convenient to stay a night to connect a train trip the following day
Newly renovated, so very comfortable - great beds (very comfortable), good size bathroom with excellent shower. Walking distance to Gare du Nord. Only real downside is very small lift.
comfortable, clean and very convenient to the metro for sightseeing and activities.
Location was convenient for connections to airport, trains and other parts of the city.
Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Shower head was broken, and not fixed. No hot water in the morning, and only turned on after complaint. Room door had some damage. Maybe a rating on 1 should reflect the price and bad quality/service.
I could check-in before 2pm and no extra cost was charged. The hotel had a luggage room where I could leave my bags for a few hours after checking-out.
The mattress and pillows were wonderful.
The room smelled of stale smoke and the bathroom smelled so badly of urine that we had to switch rooms. The shower backed up and we were unable to take second shower because it was so slow to drain. The second rooms' bath smelled equally as bad. We are glad we were there such a short stay. Neighborhood is scary at night. Never saw any other guests at the hotel at all. Carpets were old and dirty but the lighting, furniture and bath fixtures were new.
one staff i don't know the name was not friendly to the guests.
Nice hotel! Value for the money and lacation close to both metro and train. Very cleen and the breakfast was not bad to be in France.
The front desk staff were warm and welcoming and the decor in the reception area was pleasing.
The corridor to my room was narrow and dingy looking, with all the dark laminated doors to the rooms appearing very dated and somewhat tired. My impression was of a dowdy hotel at a fairly high price. There was also paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, although the bathroom tiles and fittings appeared to be new, and were of a high quality. This hotel was the most expensive accommodation I had over a nine week holiday, and the least attractive.
Well located - only a short walk to Gare du Nord. Reception staff very helpful. Room small but clean and air conditioned, with lift.
Kind and helpful staff.
I really can not believe how generaously stars are given to hotels in Paris! The hotel was nice but that does not mean it worths 3 stars! There were beetles walking on beds!
Bathroom was big enough and clean
Better soundproofing is required. You have to store/pick up your luggages by yourself in the baggage room where any guest can access. In fact my baggage was open by someone.
